Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped within a reasonable timeframe(2-3 Days) after successful payment. Our logistics partners are FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

The products we sell may be eligible for a replacement warranty, as specified on the product page.

If you receive a non-working product, we will replace it with a new one, subject to availability and warranty terms.

Delivery times at major cities(3-4 Days) and on outskirts(7-10 Days).

NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL - BUYERS

The customs department may charge some amount for importing any product from any foreign country.

The same amount needs to be paid by the buyer only.

The amount differs from product to product and country to country.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver the ordered product within a reasonable timeframe. We do not offer cancellations once an order is placed or payment is confirmed.

Return Policy

We may offer a replacement for products with manufacturing defects, up to a duration specified on the product page.

Replacement Policy

If you face any issue with the product, you can request a replacement under the warranty period from the date of purchase. For replacement, you need to ship the product back to our address. Do mention the order id and the issue with the product on a white page in the parcel. This will help us to resolve the problem fast.

If the device is having any significant issues, then we will replace it with a new one (Same Product model).
